Bob Dylan is set to make an appearance on the new Beastie Boys album.
Members Ad-Rock and Mike D were stunned to hear the legendary folk singer discussing their music on a satellite radio show he hosts.
So they decided to sample what he said and use them on their next release, Hot Sauce Committee Pt 2.
Speaking to website DrownedinSound.com, Mike D, aka Mike Diamond, said: "Bob Dylan is one of the greatest songwriters of all time. When you think songwriter, you think of him, Gordon Lightfoot; there’s not many others.
"He played one of our songs and was talking about us; he’s a big fan. So we collaborated with that."
Hot Sauce Committee Pt 1. is due for release in September.
