Toxic Narcotic is a DIY hardcore punk band from Boston, Massachusetts, United States. Their style and song content is very original in that they blend 2 or 3 different sounding punk sub-genres and styles into a distinctive and unique sound. It is worth noting however that the band themselves have stated that they do not wish to be categorized by any specific sub-genre of punk.
Toxic Narcotic has advocated DIY ethics since 1989, through constant touring and release of records through their own label, Rodent Popsicle Records.
