Steven Howse (aka Layzie Bone and L-Burna) is an an American rapper born on September 23, 1975 in Cleveland, Ohio. He is best known for being a member of the mid-90's rap group Bone Thugs-N-Harmony. Howse grew up on the streets of Cleveland Ohio. He was caught selling drugs and was given the option of either being sent to jail or to Fort Worth, Texas with his uncle and aunt.
