Originally formed in 2003 and signed to Warner Bros. Records, they were set to release their debut album "The Moment". The group even released their first single "Miss P." produced by Jermaine Dupri and featured a guest spot by Da Brat. The album was never released and eventually the group parted ways with Warner Brothers.

The group emerged once again in 2006, signed to Sho'Nuff /Capitol Records. They released a single, "Do It to It", produced by Don Vito and featuring a guest spot by Sean Paul of YoungBloodZ. "Do It To It" can be heard off their Sho'Nuff /Capitol Records debut album, Unappreciated, which was released on August 15, 2006 and also in the movie ATL.

The video to "Do It To It" peaked at #2 on the 106 & Park video countdown and the video stayed there for 65 days. After 65 days, it was retired, which means it made it to the 106 & Park's Hall Of Fame. Cherish also mentioned In a phone interview on 106 & Park, when they were retiring "Do It To It". They said that their video would be retired when their second music video "Unappreciated" would be released. On August 14, 2006, their second music video "Unappreciated" was released and "Do It To It" was retired.
