Anne Preven is a US songwriter and musician, originally from New
York. Preven began playing classical music at age 5, but gave that up
as a teenager. She is a Harvard graduate and began writing songs while
a student there. She was the lead singer in the LA bands Ednaswap and
Annetenna, the former band name coming to her in a dream, but is best
known for her songwriting.
